In this job I was part of the Software Engineering team inside the Operations’ Business Unit. Always working to maintain the agent tooling main applications that is connected with all the teams inside Nubank, basically is a webapp that shows all the information about any customer to the agent. Passing through plannings and retrospectives, the team used Kanban as the main agile framework. In this experience I worked with Clojure, Datomic, Kafka, Fulcro, Re-Frame and React inside ClojureScript. A highlight for this job was work as a feature lead in the phone feature for the agents.

In this job I was part of the Frontend team responsible for maintaining the webapps and the SPAs for the external customer using Angular, Vue, Javascript Vanilla together with Bootstrap library and Flutter for mobile development.
To keep everything running and to get some data about it, I created a big board inside Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to follow all the activity and behavior inside the apps. Creation of end-to-end test flows using Selenium, Protractor and Puppeteer.
This job made me work under pressure most of the time, because I used to work as a Tech Lead and helping other teams around the company to get a solution for other products.
